Oak Alley will remain closed as we complete the cleanup process from Hurricane Ida and wait for our electricity to be restored.  We appreciate your messages of support during this difficult time for the entire SE Louisiana region. The West Pavilion Banquet Facility is the perfect mix of casual rustic elegance to host any type of event; Class reunions, corporate incentive events, rehearsal dinners and so much more. Allow our executive chef, Erin Rau, and her experienced catering staff to create a memorable culinary experience. Chef Rau showcases the local culture in her menu options as well as her extraordinary talents as a professional chef. Choose from one of the standard packages our chef has prepared or provide our sales consultant with specific request to create a unique experience for you and your guests.  

Please see the packages below for additional information on the culinary selections available for your private event.  As you browse our information, please keep in mind that our packages include our staff taking care of all of the set-up and clean-up.  We also provide catering and bar staff, china, silverware and glassware, indoor landscaping, tables, chairs, table coverings based on package selection, and the services of our on site event coordinators.  Pricing also includes facility rental, sales tax and gratuity which makes finding your end price a breeze.
